Ivy has more than 10 years luxury retail experience in China, as a High Jewellery Sales Advisor, Boutique Manager and Brand Trainer. Over the years, she has gained extensive professional knowledge, sales techniques and cultural insights, leading her teams in opening multiple new boutiques and in managing store P/Ls.
As a Trainer, she has been successfully running classroom trainings on various topics from Selling Skills, Service Excellence, Client Experience, Story-telling, Clienteling to Product Knowledge and SOP, as well as In-store Coaching. From her background as a top Sales Associate and Boutique Manager, she knows the importance of unique Client experiences and strong communication skills. Ivy is passionate about shifting mindset from Product-focused to Client-focused, and for creating engaging and authentic relationships.
She has been delivering trainings to prepare Brand Ambassadors in offering outstanding service and unique experiences by discovering and understanding Client needs.
